COVID-19 Screening Requirements
February 11, 2022
As Alamo Colleges District transitions to 100% return on February 14, 2022, SPC has evaluated areas to improve face-to-face accessibility for our employees and students returning to our campuses. One area that was observed to create delay is our pre-entry health screening. Still committed to the safety of our community, the SPC Health & Safety Officer team will transition to collecting COVID-19 Screening samples (a.k.a. testing).
To ensure employees remain in compliance with COVID-19 Screening requirements and provide students will ample access to testing, SPC has five COVID-19 Screening sites to increase accessibility. Four sites are open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and one site is open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (excluding holidays and campus closures).

COVID-19 Screening (a.k.a. testing) tells you if you are infected with COVID-19. COVID-19 Screening is one of many risk-reduction measures, along with vaccination, masking, and physical distancing, that protect you and others by reducing the chances of spreading COVID-19.
