Microsoft Office Outlook is Migrating to Microsoft 365

Beginning October 30, 2023, Information Technology Services will begin to migrate all existing Microsoft Outlook email accounts. Benefits include increased security, additional mailbox storage, and new features, including integration with Teams.

What to Expect

Once your email account is migrated, a pop-up prompt will appear with the following message.

How to view and use the new Outlook

If the application is open, close Outlook by choosing File > Exit.
Re-launch Outlook and the login prompt for Microsoft 365 will appear.
Sign in with your@ngskmc-eis.net email address and click Next.
You will be redirected to sign in with your ACES and MFA information.
