Vending Machine Refunds

To receive a refund, please visit Student Life in Huisache Hall room 109, and provide the following information:

• your name
• date and time of issue
• type of machine (drinks=Coke, food/snacks=Mcliff)
• location of machine (building and floor level)
• reason (took money, product stuck, wrong product, etc.)
